After 4 years training, Marion first established her shop in 1995 as a joint venture,
with the help of the Prince's Youth Business Trust and Business Link. During this
time OVF established a strong reputation for high quality and a caring personal
approach. Marion has had the honour of making flowers for HM The Queen, the
President of Ireland, Disney Theatrical, and decorated such venues as Liverpool
Town Hall and St Georges Hall, Liverpool for Remembrance Sunday.
Marion began developing this site in 2001 with the
same ethos as she held in the shop - Choice, Quality and Value
