Sending Flowers to Canada

All the pictures shown on this page are examples. The florists in Canada will have a style of design that is unique unto them and their home country, often using national or indigenously grown flowers. The examples are representations of the designs we can offer, although in some cases the style or content may be altered to ensure the best value, quality and style for your order.
Mother's Day in Canada is always the second Sunday in May
All prices are inclusive of VAT and international, relay and delivery charges.

Next Available Delivery Date
The next delivery date available to Canada is 2 working days (see below) from the date your order is received by us in the UK. If your order is received sooner than this, it will be sent out on the earliest available date (excluding funeral work for which the order may have to be cancelled).
Total Coverage
We can organise delivery of any product shown in this section to any destination in Canada
Working Days and Closing Dates
Working days - Monday to Saturday excluding the dates below.
Closing dates - These dates are currently unavailable. We will deliver on the nearest working day.
Phone Number Required
Orders will NOT be accepted without a full recipient phone number. Canadian telephone numbers are 10 digits long (excluding the international dialling code 001). UK Mobile telephone numbers are NOT accepted.
Funeral Orders
Funeral orders MUST have deceased person's full name.
Deliveries to PO Box and Rural Route Addresses
Deliveries are accepted to PO Box and Rural Route addresses. The recipient will be notified by telephone therefore you MUST ensure that the contact telephone number you give for the recipient is one on which they can actually be reached.
Substitution
Bouquets are seldom made in Canada as most flowers are delivered arranged in a
container. The florist may decide it's necessary to substitute a bouquet for a flower arrangement or aquapack bouquet to avoid drying out in transit. Unfortunately, if you order a bouquet and it is substituted for an arrangement, the florist in Canada will not inform us of this. But please remember, they will only substitute when it is beneficial for the flowers and to increase longevity and you will not be charged any extra for the arrangement.
Correspondence / Contact
All correspondence will be via e-mail. You MUST ensure that you use a valid e-mail
address for yourself and that you must check your e-mail regularly prior to delivery, should we need to get in
touch with you. All correspondence will be in English.
Peak Period Orders / Deliveries -
Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter and Mother's Day
The last date for which we can accept orders for Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or Mother's Day is 4 full working days before the date of the peak period. Orders received after these cut off dates may not be delivered before Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or Mother's Day respectively although we will try our best for you.
