Next Available Delivery Date
The next delivery date available to Guadeloupe is 3 working days (see below) from the date your order is received by us in the UK. If your order is received sooner than this, it will be sent out on the earliest available date (excluding funeral work for which the order may have to be cancelled).

Funeral orders MUST have deceased person's full name.
Correspondence / Contact
All correspondence will be via e-mail. You MUST ensure that you use a valid e-mail address for yourself and that you must check your e-mail regularly prior to delivery, should we need to get in touch with you. All correspondence will be in English.
Peak Period Orders / Deliveries -
Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter and Mother's Day
The last date for which we can accept orders for Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or Mother's Day is 4 full working days before the date of the peak period. Orders received after these cut off dates may not be delivered before Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or Mother's Day respectively although we will try our best for you.
