Deliveries to PO Box and Rural Route Addresses
Deliveries are accepted to PO Box and Rural Route addresses. The recipient will be notified by telephone therefore you MUST ensure that the contact telephone number you give for the recipient is one on which they can actually be reached.

Substitution
Bouquets are seldom made in Canada as most flowers are delivered arranged in a container. The florist may decide it's necessary to substitute a bouquet for a flower arrangement or aquapack bouquet to avoid drying out in transit. Unfortunately, if you order a bouquet and it is substituted for an arrangement, the florist in Canada will not inform us of this. But please remember, they will only substitute when it is beneficial for the flowers and to increase longevity and you will not be charged any extra for the arrangement.

All correspondence will be via e-mail. You MUST ensure that you use a valid e-mail address for yourself and that you must check your e-mail regularly prior to delivery, should we need to get in touch with you. All correspondence will be in English.
