Next Available Delivery Date
The next delivery date available to Grenada is 4 working days (see below) from the date your order is received by us in the UK. If your order is received sooner than this, it will be sent out on the earliest available date (excluding funeral work for which the order may have to be cancelled).

Each product has a full list of destination areas to which delivery is possible, delivery is ONLY possible to the specific areas shown in the list below.

Working days - Monday to Saturday excluding the dates below.
Closing dates - 2005: Mar 16, 25, 28, Aug 01, 08, Dec 25, 26

Second Choice
Some flowers varieties are not always available due to import restrictions, a second choice is required. Please state this in the special instructions section of the order form.

Phone Number Required
Orders will NOT be accepted without a recipient phone number. UK Mobile telephone numbers are NOT accepted.

Funeral Orders
Funeral orders MUST have deceased person's full name.

Correspondence / Contact
All correspondence will be via e-mail. You MUST ensure that you use a valid e-mail address for yourself and that you must check your e-mail regularly prior to delivery, should we need to get in touch with you. All correspondence will be in English.
