Next Available Delivery Date
The next delivery date available to South Africa is 3 working days (see below) from the date your order is received by us in the UK. If your order is received sooner than this, it will be sent out on the earliest available date (excluding funeral work for which the order may have to be cancelled).

Limited Coverage
Unfortunately we cannot organise deliveries to Orange Free State at all. Also, there are no deliveries to rural areas. If the recipient lives in a rural area, they will be required to collect from the local florist in South Africa. The recipient will be contacted by the florist and advised of the collection point, but it is advisable that you also notify the recipient of this. Each product gives this choice and you must select the correct option when placing your order. If the recipient is to collect, the delivery charge will be added to the value of the flowers. Plants are not available to rural areas.

Phone Number Required
Orders will NOT be accepted without a recipient phone number. UK Mobile telephone numbers are NOT accepted.

Funeral Orders
Funeral orders MUST have deceased person's full name.

Correspondence / Contact
All correspondence will be via e-mail. You MUST ensure that you use a valid e-mail address for yourself and that you must check your e-mail regularly prior to delivery, should we need to get in touch with you. All correspondence will be in English.
