Next Available Delivery Date
The next delivery date available to Zambia is 2 working days (see below) from the date your order is received by us in the UK. If your order is received sooner than this, it will be sent out on the earliest available date (excluding funeral work for which the order may have to be cancelled).

Total Coverage
We can organise delivery of any product shown in this section to any destination in Zambia. Deliveries are available to Military addresses in Zambia, but the recipient may be required to collect from the local florist in Zambia. The recipient may be contacted by the florist and advised of the collection point, but it is advisable that you also notify the recipient of this.

Orders will NOT be accepted without a recipient phone number. UK Mobile telephone numbers are NOT accepted.

Funeral Orders
Funeral orders MUST have deceased person's full name.

All correspondence will be via e-mail. You MUST ensure that you use a valid e-mail address for yourself and that you must check your e-mail regularly prior to delivery, should we need to get in touch with you. All correspondence will be in English.
