Browsing the Catalogue Our catalogue is divided into sections to make it easy for you to navigate. International Flowers - Here you will find all the selection pages for the countries to which we can organise delivery. We have sub-divided the world into continental and regional areas and then into country and country areas. Some countries have different groups because there are different prices for different areas, which is largely down to the differing delivery charges. Flowers by Design to UK - Here is the main catalogue for our UK designs. It is split into design type, i.e. Bouquets, Flower Arrangements and Funeral Flowers. This is again sub-divided as to the type of bouquet and arrangement. Flowers by Occasion to UK - Here we have taken selections from our UK catalogue (above) to offer you the most suitable designs for each occasion. You might find this very useful and informative, for example the designs selected for the birth of a new baby are chosen with consideration to the fact that a new Mum might not have much spare time on her hands and so would prefer a ready-arranged design! Special Occasions in the UK - During the peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mothers Day in the UK we have our Special Selection for that period as a separate section as this makes it very easy for you to navigate to from our menu system. Our Menu Product Pages Choosing Your Item UK Destinations - Having chosen the design you would like to order, select the specific size, colours and styles for that item. You may at this stage choose "Priority Contact by SMS" (see below). For funeral work, you must state the time of the funeral. If you have any particular preferences on the flowers, for example 'Do not include Lilies' or 'No Red' you can state these in the Special instructions section of the order form and we will try to accomodate your wishes where possible. Click the "ORDER" button to add the item (and all the choices you have made for that item) to your basket. International Destinations - Choose your item from the selection shown that is available for your destination country. Please note if an item you would like to order is not shown in the selection for that country then it is not available. Card Messages Tracking the Contents of Your Basket Amend / remove the product - From your basket you can amend the card message, the delivery date or remove the item from your basket. Click the "UPDATE" button to register these changes. Save Shopping List - You can save the item in your shopping list if you wish to purchase at a later date. Click the "SAVE SHOPPING LIST" to store this information for later. Retreive shopping list - You can retreive a saved shopping list by clicking on the "GET SHOPPING LIST" button Return to catalog - You can return to the catalog if you wish to continue browsing for ideas. You can add many different items to your basket, then return to the basket to remove any unwanted items once you are ready to order. Click the "RETURN TO THE CATALOG" button to continue browsing. Checkout now - Once you are happy with the items in your basket you can move on to the payment process. Click the "CHECKOUT NOW" button to go to the order forms. Please be sure, before commencing payment that your order details are correct. Completing the Order Form Invoice Address - This is your name, residential address including postcode, contact telephone numbers and e-mail address. Terms & Conditions Check Box - The process of ordering, organising, making and delivering a gift of flowers or funeral tributes is a highly complicated matter in which both the customers' and recipients' emotions are usually highly significant, and one in which lead times are usually very short. Therefore we have endeavoured throughout this site to make the process of ordering flowers as problem free as possible, by means of our advice and terms and conditions. Therefore we have introduced a mandatory section to the order form which asks you to confirm, by way of checking the box, that you have read, understand and agree with our Information and Terms & Conditions. If you choose not to check this box the order system will not allow you to continue with the order process. Recipient Name & Delivery Address - By clicking 'Next' you are automatically taken to the delivery address section. All orders MUST clearly show the recipient's full name including first and surname. You may only input one delivery address per order. General Information - There are some general questions that are not mandatory, but which will help us to serve you better. Making Payment Due to changes in banking regulations that increase customer security, we can no longer accept payments over the telephone. Secure Online Payment - This will route you to the secure banking server at Protx. This is the most secure method of paying online as no card details come to us in any form. At this point you will notice the Padlock symbol in your status bar to verify the secure nature of the connection. It is illegal to purchase online using another persons credit / debit card therefore you must be the authorised user of the card you are using. Cardholder Details You can make payments online in Pounds Sterling and if yours is a different currency to this, it will be converted into your own currency by your own bank at their rate of exchange. Once you have entered your card details, if you have registered your card with your bank you will then be passed to 3D Secure authentication. 3D Secure Authentication - This is a new level of banking security that allows you to register your card to the "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard Securecode" schemes using pin numbers and password protection. Your own bank holds this information and so every online purchase using your registered card must be authenticated by yourself with your own unique pin and password. As with all pins and passwords, this should not be the same as any other pins or passwords, but be ones you can remember easily. This gives you added security and peace of mind that should anyone obtain your card details through fraudulent means, they will not be able to use it online to purchase from any web site such as ours that uses 3D authentication. Once your payment has been authorised by the bank your order details will be sent to us. Neither placement of an order, the confirmation e-mail of placement of an order, nor the authorisation of payment of an order constitutes acceptance of an order. Orders, once received are accepted or rejected. We will notify you by e-mail if we reject or cancel an order, giving the reasons why and notification of any charges incurred. If we are notified of problems with the cardholder address or other payment problems it may be necessary to cancel your order. We will notify you by e-mail if we need to cancel an order for this reason. Timescales for Payments For UK deliveries - Orders and payment must be recieved in full not later than 10.30a.m. on the expected date of delivery for all UK deliveries excluding funeral work. For funeral work, (unless specified otherwise) orders and payment must be recieved in full not later than three working days in advance of the funeral date. For International deliveries - Orders and payment must be received in full not later than the ordering deadlines as shown clearly in the Special Instructions at the top of each country product page. Neither placement of an order, the confirmation e-mail of placement of an order, nor the authorisation of payment of an order constitutes acceptance of an order. Orders, once recieved are accepted or rejected. We will notify you by e-mail if we reject or cancel an order, giving the reasons why and notification of any charges incurred. Payment Security Substitution Policy We always endeavour to make the item you have requested however if the requested flowers are unavailable at short notice or out of stock, then unless specified by yourself in the Special Instructions, we will assume that the delivery date is the most important criteria. In this event, we will automatically substitute where necessary, according to colour, style and availability in which case the item sent may not be exactly as per your order (but will always be as close as possible and of equal quality and value). Due to short lead times and regional variations, we will not be able to notify you of this in advance. USA and Canada - Bouquets are seldom made in the USA and Canada as most flowers are delivered arranged in a container. In hotter areas the florist may decide to substitute a bouquet for a flower arrangement or aquapack bouquet to avoid drying out in transit. Unfortunately, if you order a bouquet and it is substituted for an arrangement, the florist in the USA or Canada will not inform us of this. But please remember, they will only substitute when it is beneficial for the flowers and to increase longevity and you will not be charged any extra for the arrangement. Ordering in Advance It is actually beneficial to place your order at least two days prior to the stated deadline for ordering. This gives everybody involved in the order process time to check and confirm the details, resolve any problems, order in all the necessary flowers, plants and or mechanics, and to organise the delivery schedule. This becomes especially important during busy peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, when volumes of work are increased. There is no limit to how early you can place your order. A few of our customers place their Christmas orders in October! You can trust us to take care of your order, and be assured that it will be delivered on your requested date of delivery (with the exception of non-working days). Ordering in advance also gives you more flexibility should you wish to amend or cancel your order. We need 36 hours notice of cancellation or amendment of your order. If you have trouble speaking or understanding English, we advise that you do not telephone us as errors may occur due to lack of understanding or language barriers for which we cannot be held responsible. All international (outside of UK) correspondence from us will be via e-mail and in British English. All correspondence with us should equally be in English.
